Our name Cork & Coast comes from our wine focused restaurant and our beautiful town of Goderich, on the coast of lake Huron. We love our town and our community and we look forward to serving them and anyone visiting. We hope we can showcase fine dining in an approachable, fun way. Our goal is to serve our customers dishes with the freshest of ingredients sourced from our local purveyors. We also focus on sustainability and waste reduction by using whole animals sourced locally, using creativity with ingredients and being mindful of our carbon footprint all around.
